Product Features and Uses
◇This device is suitable for conveying powdery, granular and strip-like fine chips produced by processing metal materials such as iron, aluminium and copper (below 50mm).
◇Adopting the polygonal drum filter with 80 mesh (50um) mesh (mesh precision can be customised) to filter the cutting fluid, the filtration precision is high; it can fully meet the requirements of the CNC machine tools or all kinds of special-purpose machine tools for the filtering of the punching chips, main shaft internal cooling and tool cooling. The filter can fully meet the filtration needs of CNC machine tools or all kinds of special-purpose machine tools for chip flushing, main shaft internal cooling and tool cooling. Equipped with a backwashing mechanism to clean the drum filter automatically; the drum filter can be free of maintenance, consumables and continuous long-term filtration operation.
◇This device mainly consists of scraper type chip conveyor, backwashing drum filter, liquid level detection device, water tank, electric control system and other modules: other modules can be combined and used according to requirements, such as oil and water separator, high-pressure centre water outlet filter, and so on. Water separator, high-pressure centre water filtration device and so on.
◇Customised development can be carried out according to the requirements, such as magnetic body chips can be configured with magnets on the bottom surface of the body, and double or multiple rollers can be configured when large flow of cutting fluid is required.
