Inclined paper belt filter consists of filter box, paper belt, inclined plate, driving device and liquid level controller. The cutting fluid flows into the upper part of the filter box, and after the guiding effect of the inclined plate, it naturally flows through the paper belt for filtration. The filtered liquid flows out from the bottom of the filter box, while the impurities are left on the paper belt. With the continuous movement of the paper belt, the impurities gradually accumulate, when it reaches a certain thickness, the paper belt will automatically break and fall into the waste box.
Product use
This device is mainly used for filtering and purifying the cooling lubricant in machining, which is matched for: high precision, general precision precision grinding machine/honing machine, deep hole drilling, combined machine tools, machining centres, etc. It can not only remove iron, non-ferrous materials, but also remove the impurities. It can not only remove ferrous and non-ferrous particles, but also remove impurity particles such as aluminium, copper and stainless steel.
