Safe operation

Finally, check that the difference between the supply voltage and the rated voltage of the equipment is not more than ±5%.
Operation
1. Close the main power switch, check whether the power supply of the equipment is fed normally and whether the power indicator is on. Carry out the next operation after it is normal.
2. Close the power switch of each circuit and check whether it is normal. Normal state is: the equipment does not move, the belt conveyor running indicator does not light, the power indicator of the frequency converter and other equipment is on, and the display panel of the frequency converter shows normal (no fault code display).
3. Start each electrical equipment in turn according to the process flow, and start the next electrical equipment after the previous electrical equipment starts normally (the motor or other equipment has reached the normal speed and normal state).
In the operation of the belt conveyor, it is necessary to comply with the provisions of the articles in the design of the conveyed articles and the design capacity of the belt conveyor.
