Offshore oil drilling platform special drag chain is a kind of drag chain with very special use requirements. Because the environment of the sea is very bad, the ordinary materials are very easy to be oxidised and corroded. After years of practice, our factory finally decided to use special materials, and after special process to make the materials have good mechanical properties and anti-corrosion ability. The chain plate adopts laser cutting and waterjet cutting method to avoid the deformation caused by other methods of cutting, and the positioning holes of the chain plate and the positioning pins adopt grinding processing, so that the contact surface between the pins and the positioning holes of the chain plate is very smooth, which reduces the wear. At the same time, we also adopt the six-pin positioning support programme, so that the load-bearing capacity and overhead length of the drag chain are greatly strengthened. Through the experiment, the overhead length of the drag chain can be up to 20m under the heavy load of 130kg per metre. Our factory has professional design team, and we can design according to customer's special requirements and use requirements.
